Product Lookup

Product Lookup API. Accepts a single id path parameter, sanitises it for
cross-site-scripting characters, then determines whether the value is an RS
product number or a manufacturer part number (MPN) and routes to the matching
flow. The lookup response is wrapped in a data array.
